Mama Flow Studio prenatal classes support pregnant moms in building strength, mobility, and body awareness throughout pregnancy.

Our prenatal classes aren’t just about modifying exercise to make it safe for you and baby. Our unique approach to movement helps you stay mobile, empowered, and pain-free, while also preparing your mind, body, and especially your pelvic floor for birth.

Pregnancy and birth place a huge demand on the body, and along with it come major changes. With the right movement and attention to core+pelvic floor connection, we can bring more balance to the body, making your pregnancy, birth, and even your postpartum recovery a much more positive experience.

  • Prenatal Flow Classes

    Prenatal FLOW

    Prenatal FLOW classes are the perfect blend of mobility and stability work. We combine dynamic movement and deep core breathing to build full-body length and strength.

    FLOW classes are designed to help you tap into your body and breath awareness throughout pregnancy to make your journey much more comfortable, while also preparing your body birth.

  • Prenatal sculpt classes

    Prenatal SCULPT

    Mama Flow Studio's very own prenatal sculpt method fuses the best of mat pilates, strength training and a little barre inspo to help you strengthen your body throughout your pregnancy and prepare for birth. We use a wide variety of props to keep things spicy like weights, bands, sliders, and a chair.

    Our goal is to guide you through effective movement that creates more balance within the body to help you prevent common pregnancy aches + pains.

  • Prenatal Fusion class

    Prenatal FUSION

    A class with the best of both worlds - a mix of prenatal flow and sculpt. Work on both mobility and strength, while connecting deeply to body, mind, and breath to bring ease and strength throughout your pregnancy and prepare your body for birth.

    Fusion classes are uniquely programmed, so you can have all the movement your body craves in one class!

  • I recommend starting classes as soon as you know you’re pregnant. Getting your started with regular movement early has amazing benefits for you and baby, while also contributing to prevention of potential pain and discomfort later on in pregnancy.

  • Absolutely not! All our prenatal classes are all levels friendly.

    Please always consult with your primary care physician before beginning new exercise routines.

  • Due to limited space, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by sending an email to cat@mamaflowstudio.com. If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.

  • Absolutely not! Join us whenever you’d like. We work on movement to prepare your body for birth, which can be so helpful in late pregnancy! Please always consult with your primary care physician before starting a new exercise routine.
