  • Prenatal classes designed to help you continue to build strength safely and effectively throughout your pregnancy. Breathing, alignment, mobility and strength work to support a more comfortable pregnancy and a smoother labor and delivery experience.

postpartum core and pelvic floor rehab
  • An 8-week core and pelvic floor rehab program designed to help postpartum moms heal and strengthen their bodies after pregnancy and birth. Begin as early as the first few weeks after birth, whenever you’re feeling ready for gentle movement.

postpartum pilates and postpartum yoga
  • A community favorite for a good sweat, while baby snoozes in the carrier! We mix dance cardio and strength training sculpt moves with light weights for an incredibly fun and effective workout!

pelvic floor health pelvic floor education
  • SCULPT and yoga classes designed for postpartum moms and beyond to up level their movement practice and continue to build strength and mobility. We build from the strong foundation created in REHAB and add more load and challenge to the body!

Meet the founder, Cat Gieser.

I’m a yoga/mat pilates instructor, certified postpartum corrective exercise specialist, DONA-certified birth doula, and mama of two. I’m Filipina-American and based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I created Mama Flow Studio after my first pregnancy and postpartum experience. I tried so many prenatal yoga classes that made me feel like my pregnant body was fragile and broken. I was incredibly bored and wished there were classes that created a challenging atmosphere that was both effective and safe for pregnancy.

Then I had my baby and I quickly felt like a stranger in my postpartum body (you can read more about that here).

I didn’t have any support or resources on how to help my body recover and build back strength the right way. My OB provided zero help and I was inundated with messaging and fitness classes that just reinforced the pressure to bounce back quickly. I felt like I deserved better.

And so Mama Flow Studio was born - a place to give mamas what they truly deserve throughout all the stages of motherhood. My hope is that each class helps you feel your mama flow, empowering you to flow on your mat and into mama life with strength and grace.
