Whether you’re pregnant, recently postpartum, or decades postpartum, there is so much power in having a personalized training program that caters to your needs and your body, PLUS a coach to guide and motivate you every step of the way.

Personal training is for you if:

  • You have specific core and pelvic floor-related issues that you’re working through that you want 1:1 help with (diastasis recti, prolapse, pelvic pain, incontinence)

  • You want to learn how to work out more effectively and safely, meaning less time exercising, but BETTER results than ever before

  • You want a deeper connection and understanding of your pregnant or postpartum body

Private Training Packages.

  • Single 30-minute virtual session - $65

    INSPIRE Virtual Private Training (30 minutes/week) - $270/month

    GROW Virtual Private Training (60 minutes/week) - $450/month

  • Single 75-min In-Studio Private Training Session - $170

    GROW In-Studio Training (60 minutes/week) - $500/month

    THRIVE In Studio Private Training (2x/week - 60 minutes) - $900/month
