Mama Flow Studio prenatal and postpartum classes are designed to help you move throughout pregnancy and postpartum with more ease and confidence.

Our classes aren’t just about modifying exercise to make it safe for you and baby. Our unique approach to movement helps you stay mobile, empowered, and pain-free, while preparing your mind, body, and especially your pelvic floor for birth and postpartum recovery.

Pregnancy and birth place a huge demand on the body, and along with it come major changes. With the right movement and attention to core+pelvic floor connection, we can bring more balance to the body, making your pregnancy, birth, and even your postpartum recovery a much more positive experience.

FAQs

  • I recommend starting classes as soon as you know you’re pregnant. Getting your started with regular movement early has amazing benefits for you and baby, while also contributing to prevention of potential pain and discomfort later on in pregnancy.

  • We recommend starting our postpartum foundations rehab class around 6-8 weeks postpartum after receiving approval from your provider to begin exercise.

    We highly suggest you begin early rehab movement using our Core Restore program found in our on-demand library to begin gently building deep core connection.

    If you are a postpartum private training client of Mama Flow Studio, work directly with Cat to confirm readiness to begin group classes.

  • Absolutely not! All our prenatal classes are all levels friendly.

    Please always consult with your primary care physician before beginning new exercise routines.

  • Due to limited space, we request that you cancel at least 6 hours before a scheduled class.

    You can cancel a class booking directly on the website or through our app.

    Cancellations 6 hours or more prior to beginning of class time will receive a credit refund to book a future class.

    No-shows and cancellations after 6 hours before class will be charged a credit for the class.

  • Absolutely not! Join us whenever you’d like. We work on movement to prepare your body for birth, which can be so helpful in late pregnancy! Please always consult with your primary care physician before starting a new exercise routine.

  • Yoga mat, water, and towel for extra padding under the knees! *For Carrier SCULPT you do not need a yoga mat, but we do recommend shoes and of course a baby carrier! If baby is joining you for a class - please feel free to bring blankets, toys, bouncers etc to keep baby happy and comfortable during class!
