Core Restore 2 is for mamas 8 weeks postpartum and beyond. This program includes additional guidance for c-section mamas on how to care for and mobilize your c-section scar.
The foundations of this progam are applicable and impactful for mamas who are decades postpartum. As I always say, once postpartum always postpartum :).
This program builds upon the foundations learned in Core Restore 1 and can be used as a follow up program, but Core Restore 1 is not a prerequisite for Core Restore 2.
