Who is this for
Core Restore Bundle is for mamas 2-8 weeks postpartum looking to join both Core Restore 1 + 2 . You'll start with Core Restore 1 and after completing you can move onto Core Restore 2.
If you've delivered via c-section, it's recommended to wait to begin Core Restore 1 until 4 weeks postpartum or until you feel comfortable to engage in gentle movement.

What to expect
As part of the Core Restore Bundle, you'll start with the 6 week Core Restore 1 program and follow up with the 6 week Core Restore 2 program.
